We are a team of anti-racist therapists committed to growing, learning, and educating ourselves about white privilege. It is our desire to hold space for individuals who have been directly or indirectly affected by racism, marginalization, discrimination, or any kind of police brutality.

As we continue to learn, we commit to pointing out whenever we see racism, whether with one another, our community, or with our clients. La Perla Counseling also endeavors to be a safe place for treatment and healing for people of all colors, sexual orientation, nationality, ethnicity or religious affiliations.

Attend a weekly support group and connect with others who are experiencing similar life events. Explore guided series to heal and empower one another.

Together we are stronger.

Before joining a group, we ask that you be in consistent therapy with either one of our therapists or another primary therapist of your choosing.

See a list of our support groups HERE.

Meet one-on-one with a licensed clinician as you journey toward healing and growth. Whether you have experienced a traumatic event or are struggling with the stress of everyday life, our team is here to help. Talking with a therapist may help you achieve peace and healing.

Call us at 425-449-8171 to schedule an intake appointment.

Most people are not able to achieve relief from the effects of trauma through traditional talk therapy. La Perla Counseling uses EMDR and Attachment Focused EMDR as tools to help you unpack trauma and reclaim your life.
